About the artwork
A weekday afternoon in Paley Park, a tiny oasis in Midtown Manhattan where New Yorkers can escape the hustle & bustle of the city. This “pocket park” was built by William S. Paley, the founder of CBS, in honor of his father, and was designed by landscape architects Zion & Breene Associates in 1967. A waterfall muffles the noise of the city while a canopy of trees and ivy-covered walls provide cooling shade. Painted in calming blues and greens with pops of yellow and orange, this artwork would be perfect in any urban-inspired space. Painted digitally on my iPad.
