Beverly’s dreamy imagery has been published commercially in editorial, fashion and advertising markets throughout the U.S.A., Europe and Asia. See her illustration collection here. Beverly began her career as a fine art and commercial photographer. Her commercial assignment work included commissions by Random House, Knopf, Doubleday and Narada Media. Her photographs are in permanent collection of the New York Public Library’s Department of Prints and Photographs.
After working as a photographer for many years, she wandered into a room of Sargent and Homer watercolors at the Brooklyn Museum and was inspired to take a watercolor class. She fell instantly in love with watercolor’s luscious imperfection and unpredictability. While watercolor remains her passion, Beverly has also embraced pastel and digital painting on her iPad.
