The past couple of days have been “snow days” for those of us living on the east coast of the United States, with Winter Storm Jonas leaving a record 26.8 inches of snow on the ground here in New York City. Fortunately I was lucky enough to spend the storm cozily indoors, watching the snow fall from my windows.
